📋 Description

• • As a Floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MeBe LLC, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs through a remote-first model, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across regions when on-site supervisors are unavailable.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individualized skill and behavior assessments using tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF; developing and overseeing customized treatment plans; providing ongoing professional development to RBTs; offering parent coaching; analyzing client progress through data-driven methods; and creating remote-friendly SOPs and workflows for broader team use.
• • You will work under the direction of a Site Director, managing a caseload of clients across multiple states (WA, AZ, TX, VA) and providing coverage for supervisors on leave or transitioning, utilizing two-tier and three-tier supervision models in a fully remote environment.
