- • The BI Analytics Developer role at Qodeworld is critical for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions, particularly within the Asset Management and Financial Services sectors.
- • Day to day, the developer will build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, translate business requirements into scalable data models, write and optimize advanced SQL queries, work with Snowflake for data sourcing, implement complex business logic in reporting layers, support User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams to maintain and enhance BI solutions.
- • The team operates within a fast-paced, Agile environment focused on delivering high-performance analytics solutions, partnering closely with business units to ensure data accuracy, usability, and relevance in financial decision-making processes.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise BI tools, advanced SQL optimization, cloud data warehousing (Snowflake), and financial domain analytics, while gaining experience in end-to-end BI lifecycle management and stakeholder-driven solution design.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, performance tuning)
- • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- • Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
- • Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and VBA
- • Experience working in Asset Management / Financial Services domain
