- • Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reporting solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level visualizations.
- • Build and optimize Power BI semantic models and datasets to ensure scalable, performant, and reusable analytics infrastructure across the organization.
- • Develop complex DAX measures, calculations, KPIs, and business logic to translate raw data into actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
- • Establish and enforce reporting standards, governance processes, and best practices for Power BI development and deployment.
- • Collaborate with Data Warehouse Engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate data accuracy, and deliver intuitive self-service analytics.
- • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and visualizations that drive data-informed decision-making.
- • Monitor and improve report performance, refresh schedules, and user adoption metrics to ensure reliability and usability of analytics assets.
- • Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements within Power BI workflows, including generative AI use cases that boost user productivity and analytics adoption.
- • Partner with data and engineering teams to operationalize AI-powered insights such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language analytics into reporting experiences.
- • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of dashboards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance across all data sources and user segments.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data models, calculations, and reporting logic to support knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and analytics tools to recommend and pilot innovations that elevate the organization’s BI maturity.
- • Communicate technical findings and business implications clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Support data validation processes and contribute to the improvement of measurement frameworks and reporting methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions
- • 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience building enterprise reporting solutions
- • Advanced expertise with DAX, Power Query, and Power BI semantic modeling
- • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, and analytical data structures
- • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
