📋 Description
- • The Bilingual Certified Diabetes Educator role at IQVIA is a remote, patient-facing position focused on delivering diabetes education and support to help patients initiate and manage their treatment plans. This role is critical in improving patient outcomes through personalized, non-clinical guidance on medication adherence and lifestyle management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one patient interactions via phone, video, email, and SMS; providing education on diabetes treatments and resources; maintaining accurate documentation; managing time effectively to prioritize tasks and deadlines; and building relationships with patients and cross-functional teams while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
