• • The Bilingual Condo Loan Processor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and file quality by obtaining and verifying necessary documentation for analyzing condo projects and communicating directly with condo reviewers and loan officers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with companies to obtain project information such as condo questionnaires, insurance verification, project budgets, and litigation details; reviewing and analyzing project documentation; preparing project approval summaries; managing pipeline within turn times; and documenting all loan application communication in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
