📋 Description

• The Binance Accelerator Program - Backend Engineer (Web3) role offers early-career talent an immersive opportunity to contribute to Binance’s mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem through blockchain technology. As part of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, you will work on critical backend systems that power trading, finance, Web3 features, and institutional services used by over 300 million users globally.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 functionalities, optimize performance and security of blockchain-integrated systems, write clean and testable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation while learning from senior engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• You will join Binance Holdings Limited, a global leader in blockchain and digital assets, known for its industry-leading security, high-speed trading engine, deep liquidity, and commitment to financial inclusion. The Binance Accelerator Program is specifically designed for current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 space, understand the inner workings of a top-tier blockchain ecosystem, and build a strong foundation for a career in decentralized technologies.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in backend engineering within Web3 contexts, gain exposure to distributed systems, blockchain integration, and high-throughput applications, develop professional skills through mentorship and networking opportunities, and build a portfolio of impactful work that enhances your readiness for full-time roles in blockchain, fintech, or software engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate (within 12 months) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or Rust
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL or NoSQL)
