📋 Description

• The Binance Accelerator Program - Design (EU) is a fixed-term early career opportunity designed to immerse talented individuals in the fast-evolving Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, offering hands-on experience at one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency platforms.
• As a Graphic Design early career talent, you will support the Europe marketing team by creating high-impact design assets for regional and global campaigns across digital, social, events, and out-of-home (OOH) channels, working closely with experienced designers and marketing professionals.
• You will contribute to creative delivery, localization, and campaign scaling efforts, gaining practical insight into how design drives brand engagement in a global, decentralized finance environment.
• Binance is a trusted global blockchain ecosystem serving 300+ million users across 100+ countries, known for its security, transparency, trading speed, liquidity, and innovative product suite spanning trading, finance, education, Web3, and institutional services.
• This role provides a unique platform to build transferable skills, expand your professional network, and develop expertise in visual communication within the blockchain and fintech sectors.
• You will learn how design integrates with marketing strategy in a high-growth, international tech environment, contributing to campaigns that promote financial inclusion and digital asset adoption worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student or recent graduate
• Passion for graphic design and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual assets
• Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 technologies (nice-to-have)
