📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems and AI/LLM models to support Binance's Web3 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to drive innovation and growth.
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Work closely with the Binance Accelerator Program team to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Binance's products and services, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
• Participate in regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network, and build transferable skills to propel your career forward.
• Learn about the latest technologies and trends in the field, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to open-source projects to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems and AI/LLM models.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
