- • As a Biomedical Technician 1 at GE HealthCare Technologies Inc., you will respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in Marion, NC, evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing biomedical equipment to ensure healthcare providers can deliver safe and effective patient care. Your work directly supports clinical operations by maintaining critical medical devices in optimal condition.
- • Day to day, you will evaluate customer-reported equipment issues, perform repairs and planned maintenance, conduct safety and environmental inspections, document all work performed, maintain tools and test equipment for calibration, and communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow-up. You will also identify and report quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization.
