📋 Description

• As Bitstack's first brand hire, you will own and evolve the company's newly crafted visual identity across all touchpoints, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the world experiences the brand during a critical growth phase.
• Your day-to-day will involve creating polished brand designs for web, campaigns, social media, and in-product experiences; establishing scalable brand systems and guidelines; collaborating with marketing on campaign assets; and using AI and emerging tools to enhance creative output while maintaining high visual standards.
• Bitstack is a fast-moving, ambitious fintech startup backed by YC and top VCs, serving 300K+ users with a mission to democratize finance through an open, inclusive crypto-native bank built on extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and low-ego collaboration.
• In this role, you will define what exceptional brand work looks like at Bitstack, raise the bar for visual quality, and gain end-to-end ownership of a brand system that scales with the company — directly influencing both product and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer
• A portfolio of shipped brand assets including campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, and marketing collateral
• Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skills
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency while delivering high volumes of work across multiple channels
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines that enable teams to execute independently
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery
