- • We’re looking for a Brand Designer with strong web and UX sensibilities to help shape how Tailscale shows up across our digital experiences. This role is critical to ensuring our brand is consistently and effectively communicated across landing pages, campaign surfaces, and digital touchpoints, directly impacting user perception, engagement, and conversion.
- • You’ll design and iterate on key web experiences, from landing pages to campaign surfaces, balancing brand expression with usability, clarity, and conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing high-quality web experiences, translating brand into scalable web systems, managing projects and timelines end-to-end, supporting experimentation and iteration with data-informed decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with web, growth, content, and development teams to ensure designs are production-ready and aligned with business goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design
- • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects), and Google Slides
- • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, balance, and hierarchy
- • Experience designing landing pages, marketing pages, or UI components for modern responsive or adaptive layouts
- • Ability to apply UX principles like usability, information hierarchy, and interaction patterns
- • Experience working within or alongside design systems
