- • As a Brand Designer at Nen Creative Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identities of high-growth tech startups, directly influencing how innovative companies launch and scale in competitive markets. Your work will translate bold ideas into cohesive brand experiences that resonate with founders, investors, and users alike.
- • You will lead the end-to-end development of brand identities, from initial concept to final execution, crafting logos, typography systems, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines that reflect each client’s unique vision and market positioning.
- • You will design and launch responsive websites using Webflow and Figma, ensuring digital experiences are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned with brand strategy and user needs for tech-savvy audiences.
- • You will present and defend your design work directly to clients, articulating creative rationale with confidence and guiding non-designers through feedback cycles to achieve consensus and buy-in.
- • You will manage multiple concurrent design explorations, maintaining high standards of craft and attention to detail while iterating quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.
- • You will collaborate closely with creative directors, brand strategists, and project managers to ensure all design outputs align with client goals, brand narratives, and project timelines.
- • You will drive visual consistency across all brand touchpoints — including websites, marketing materials, and digital campaigns — ensuring a unified and professional presence for every client.
- • You will join a small, agile team at a rapidly growing studio that has already partnered with industry leaders such as Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, and top-tier startups, giving you exposure to world-class projects from day one.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of professional experience in brand design, preferably within an agency or studio setting
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating original brand identities created from scratch (not limited to refreshes or marketing-only work)
- • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- • Experience designing websites in Webflow or Figma with a focus on modern, clean aesthetics for tech and startup audiences
- • Strong typographic, layout, and composition skills with a contemporary, tech-forward design sensibility
- • Proven ability to communicate and present design work clearly to clients, including non-designers, to guide confident creative decisions
