📋 Description

• Brand Designer at Dressly (Skelar AS) responsible for building and scaling the visual language of the brand across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in all touchpoints.
• Day-to-day tasks include developing brand guidelines, creating static and video content for Instagram and TikTok (carousels, Stories, banners, Reels), editing videos, adding subtitles, producing basic animations, and leveraging AI tools for visual content generation and refinement.
• Part of Skelar AS, a venture-builder that launches and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
• Opportunity to grow as a brand designer by shaping brand identity from scratch, working with AI-driven creative tools, influencing visual strategy alongside the Lead of Brand, and contributing to mission-driven projects through Skelar Foundation’s social initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in brand/graphic design with an up-to-date portfolio including both static and video content in a unified brand style
• Experience working with brand identity: developing, evolving, and scaling brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop minimum)
• Experience creating social media creatives: static, carousels, Stories, banners for Instagram and TikTok
• Strong typography and composition skills — ability to build a brand’s visual language, not just format content
• Experience with AI tools: Midjourney, Freepik AI, Krea, or similar
