- • The Brand Marketing Associate Director will play a vital leadership role in expanding ImmunityBio’s presence in the product segment for Anktiva, a commercial-stage immunotherapy, by developing and executing patient-focused marketing strategies that drive growth in U.S. and Canada markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of harnessing the immune system to defeat cancer and infectious diseases.
- • This role is critical to ImmunityBio’s commercial success, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive, compliant, and data-driven brand initiatives that support product adoption, market access, and long-term value storytelling.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of product marketing strategy and implementation plans, including disease-specific messaging, promotional materials, and education programs tailored to healthcare providers and patients.
- • Leading the Health Care Provider (HCP) strategy development and collaborating with agency partners to design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that increase awareness and engagement across hospitals and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- • Partnering with the Market Access team to build compelling value stories and develop brand marketing tools that support reimbursement and formulary positioning for Anktiva in payer and government segments.
- • Creating and executing integrated tactical plans, including digital initiatives, to drive peer-to-peer education and brand awareness among HCPs and key stakeholders nationally and locally.
- • Collaborating with the Training Director to develop product-focused sales training materials and programs that equip the sales force with accurate, compelling messaging.
- • Working closely with the Brand Director and data analytics team to produce performance scorecards, presentations, and measurement frameworks that validate key metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and inform financial implications.
- • Assisting in managing the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process as the brand lead, ensuring all promotional materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory standards through process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
- • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gain insights, advocate for the brand, and support scientific dissemination.
- • Building and sustaining cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- • Managing external agency and vendor relationships, overseeing day-to-day coordination, budget tracking, and deliverable quality to ensure marketing spend remains on target.
- • Performing ad-hoc and cross-functional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs, providing opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- • 8+ years of commercial and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including proven experience managing and launching specialty or biotech products
- • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics, with strong execution focus and experience managing omni-channel campaigns
- • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and promotional budgets, with preference for oncology, rare disease, or orphan therapeutic area background; Pan Tumor brand marketing experience is a major plus
- • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, matrix-driven environment with a results-oriented, self-starter mindset
