- • We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of our health services platform.
- • In this role, you will work as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of valuable features.
- • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with software development teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical implementation.
- • RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
- • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
- • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
- • Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, and specifications.
- • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Support testing activities by clarifying requirements and assisting with acceptance testing.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- • Experience working on software development projects.
- • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
- • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- • Excellent English communication skills.
