📋 Description

• The Product Solutions/Business Analyst role at Solventum supports the delivery of provider, payer, and business partner solutions using clinically based methodologies to help commercial and government payers control costs and improve access to quality care.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining business requirements, performing data analysis, validating development outputs, and presenting product capabilities to support implementation and post-implementation lifecycles.
• The role sits within Solventum Health Information Systems, a leader in healthcare payment and performance management with over 40 years of experience in developing reliable metrics used by state Medicaid programs and commercial payers.
• The analyst will gain deep expertise in healthcare data analytics, payment methodologies (including MS-DRG, APC, and proprietary Solventum models), and enterprise-level data systems while contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university AND eight (8) years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology, OR High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
• Six (6) years of experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably with data analytic experience in commercial, Medicaid, and/or Medicare health plans, including strong knowledge in claim analytics, billing, member eligibility, provider data, and quality reports.
• Six (6) years of experience performing requirements gathering and analysis.
• Six (6) years of experience writing SQL queries for large data warehouses.
• Five (5) years in an analyst role documenting business rules and source-to-target mapping.
