📋 Description

• The IT Business Analyst Consultant II at Allstate serves as a strategic partner to Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional business units, enabling technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and legal service delivery.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, implementing automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps, collaborating with legal teams to assess technology needs, analyzing and optimizing legal processes through data insights, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Allstate is a leader in innovation and protection, with over 90 years of experience safeguarding families through advancements in safety, pricing, telematics, and identity protection, fostering a culture where employees drive meaningful impact.
