- • As a Jr. Business Analyst at Resilientco, you will join a small, senior team delivering enterprise platforms used worldwide, playing a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions through hands-on work with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and custom .NET applications.
- • Day to day, you will elicit and document requirements, create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps, support process mapping, assist in testing, analyze data to inform decisions, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies while owning deliverables and driving clarity amid ambiguity.
- • You’ll work closely with senior BAs, developers, and platform owners in an Agile/Scrum environment, gaining direct exposure to enterprise platform delivery and contributing to auditable, shareable work artifacts that support global operations.
- • This role offers accelerated growth: you’ll develop strong analytical, communication, and technical collaboration skills, learn to prototype automation using SQL/Python/JavaScript, and build expertise in requirements engineering, process improvement, and AI-assisted analysis within a supportive, guidance-rich team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, project coordinator, or similar analytical role; internships and co-ops count.
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate technology and business concepts clearly in writing and verbally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Exposure to structured analysis techniques such as user stories, use cases, gap analysis, workflow diagrams, or process mapping.
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: asks clarifying questions, proposes solutions, and takes ownership of deliverables.
- • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through: tracks, escalates, and resolves issues until closed.
- • Familiarity with or willingness to work on ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and custom .NET applications.
- • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for story management, documentation, and delivery tracking.
