- • Own the end-to-end market intelligence engine for a hyper-growth fintech that is re-wiring how money moves across borders. You will become the single source of truth on market size, competitive dynamics, and customer pain-points, translating raw data into the strategic narrative that guides every GTM decision.
- • Architect a living, breathing competitive-intelligence framework that tracks 100+ global and regional players, quantifies their strengths, and surfaces white-space opportunities before anyone else sees them. Your weekly briefings will be the first document the CEO opens on Monday morning.
- • Design and maintain detailed buyer personas and customer archetypes for SMBs, marketplaces, payroll companies, and enterprise remitters across LATAM, North America, and APAC. These personas will drive product roadmap prioritization, pricing experiments, and sales playbooks.
- • Build a data-driven prioritization model that scores customer segments and verticals on TAM, win-rate, payback period, and strategic fit. You will own the algorithm, refresh it monthly, and defend the rankings in front of the exec team.
- • Run qualitative and quantitative research sprints—customer interviews, win/loss calls, pricing surveys, and mystery-shopping competitors—to validate hypotheses and uncover unmet needs. You will turn findings into battle-cards, objection-handling sheets, and pitch-deck modules used by every AE.
- • Oversee a centralized lead-generation process that ingests 10k+ raw leads per quarter, enriches them with firmographics and intent signals, and deduplicates against existing HubSpot records to protect data integrity. You will define SLAs, automate workflows, and audit hygiene weekly.
- • Partner with Sales Ops to build dashboards that track funnel conversion, CAC, LTV, and pipeline coverage by segment. Your insights will trigger re-allocation of SDR pods and paid-media budgets in real time.
- • Translate complex datasets into crisp, visual stories for board decks, investor updates, and all-hands meetings. You will make the abstract tangible and the complicated simple.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to pressure-test new market entry plans, pricing changes, and partnership opportunities. Your voice will be the reality check that keeps us honest.
- • Maintain a rolling 12-month GTM calendar that maps research cycles to product launches, campaign flights, and sales kickoffs. You will ensure insights arrive when teams need them, not after decisions are made.
- • Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making; coach AEs and PMMs on how to ask better questions, read data skeptically, and iterate faster.
- • Work remotely from Argentina while aligning to Eastern Time business hours (9 am–6 pm ET). You will join a globally distributed team that defaults to asynchronous documentation and synchronous deep-work sessions.
- • Thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment where “extreme ownership” is not a slogan but a daily practice. You will ship imperfect insights early, seek feedback, and refine relentlessly.
