• • This 10-week, full-time internship, running from June to August 2026, offers a hands-on experience in a remote, US-based environment, providing flexibility while demanding dedication and a proactive approach. You will be an integral part of the EverHealth Business Operations team, collaborating closely with a diverse array of cross-functional partners including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding & Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Development, and Data Analytics.
• • Your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying and documenting operational inefficiencies, a critical step in driving process improvement initiatives across the EverHealth ecosystem. You will actively support the development and maintenance of essential internal reporting and dashboards, utilizing tools like Excel, Salesforce reports, and potentially Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This work is crucial for enhancing data quality and providing clear business visibility, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve gathering and defining requirements for smaller-scale initiatives. This includes the creation of user stories, detailed process flows (BPMs), and straightforward roadmaps, all developed in close partnership with functional owners.
