- • As a Senior Business Analyst at SunnyData Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging business strategy with technical execution, ensuring that data and AI solutions deliver measurable value to clients in Argentina and beyond. Your work will directly impact how organizations leverage data engineering, analytics, and AI to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- • You will collaborate closely with clients to uncover business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and guide technical teams in building scalable data architectures, ML/AI applications, and robust data pipelines that align with strategic goals.
- • Day to day, you will lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project objectives, conduct gap analyses of current business processes, and recommend improvements—particularly in data governance and process efficiency.
- • You will design and develop business architectures and frameworks that accelerate delivery, create reusable accelerators and best practices, and ensure technical teams have clear priorities and resources to succeed.
- • You will identify opportunities to apply data and AI to solve complex business challenges, validate solutions through SQL-based analysis and visualization tools, and quantify ROI to demonstrate tangible business outcomes.
- • You will partner with technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle—from conception to implementation—ensuring that deliverables meet both functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
- • You will contribute to expanding client relationships by identifying new opportunities for engagement and positioning SunnyData as a trusted advisor in data-driven transformation.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data and AI strategy, strengthen your consulting and facilitation skills, and gain hands-on experience shaping enterprise-scale data solutions that influence real-world business decisions—positioning you for leadership in data analytics, product management, or consulting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics
- • Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- • Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
