📋 Description
- • The Business Analytics Senior Analyst at EviCore, a division of The Cigna Group, plays a critical role in supporting complex analytics initiatives within Operations by transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
- • Day to day, the analyst will design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources, ensure data integrity through validation and cleansing, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, and continuously improve reporting processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
- • The Business Analytics team operates within Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group focused on creating pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health outcomes for millions. The team leverages modern data technologies including SQL, Databricks, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver insights that support leadership and operational teams.
- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in business intelligence tools and data engineering practices, gain experience leading analytics projects, strengthen stakeholder collaboration skills, and contribute directly to process improvements that enhance operational performance and data-driven culture within a major healthcare organization.
