📋 Description

• As a Business Applications Developer at Pavago, you will design, build, and maintain automated solutions and business intelligence systems using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem to drive operational efficiency across the organization. Your work will directly impact how teams access data, automate processes, and make informed decisions, enabling smarter workflows and reducing manual effort in critical business functions.
• You will design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver actionable insights across business functions, transforming raw data into visualizations that support strategic planning and day-to-day operations. This includes implementing DAX calculations, optimizing data models for performance, and ensuring reports are accessible and meaningful to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will build complex Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents to automate core operational processes in areas such as HR, operations, and internal systems, reducing repetitive tasks and increasing process reliability through intelligent automation.
• You will implement Dataverse-based solutions and analytics systems to centralize data, enforce data governance, and create scalable foundations for business applications that integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft and third-party services.
• You will develop Azure-based integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors to connect internal systems with external tools, ensuring real-time data flow and interoperability across platforms.
• You will build and maintain Microsoft Teams applications, including notification bots, adaptive cards, and workflow integrations, enhancing collaboration by bringing automation and insights directly into the tools teams use daily.
• You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate operational needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing improvements based on feedback, system usage, and evolving business priorities.
• You will document workflows, data models, and application logic thoroughly to ensure maintainability, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the team, supporting long-term system reliability and ease of onboarding.
• You will ensure all applications follow security best practices and data governance standards, implementing error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization to guarantee reliability, compliance, and trust in the systems you build.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience with advanced analytics, AI-powered automation via Copilot Studio, and enterprise-grade integration patterns that are highly valued in modern digital transformation initiatives.
• You will develop strong stakeholder management and communication skills by regularly engaging with non-technical teams to understand pain points, demonstrate solutions, and drive adoption — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who bridges technology and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies, including proven experience building solutions in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices, with the ability to create interactive, performance-optimized reports and dashboards.
• Advanced experience with Power Automate, including building complex multi-step flows, using custom connectors, and implementing error handling and approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Functions, for creating serverless integrations and automating backend processes.
• Solid skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, sufficient to develop and customize Power Apps components, Teams apps, and web-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integration patterns, enabling secure and reliable connections between internal and external systems.
