  • • The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding our client base and revenue streams by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • • You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and final deal closure, ensuring a seamless and effective process for potential clients.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery managers, who will actively support your efforts in selling complex IT solutions.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our sales collateral; you will provide valuable input for creating compelling presentations, documentation, and proposals that capture innovative ideas and effectively communicate our value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-10 years of experience as a sales hunter focused on new logo and new revenue acquisition, with demonstrated success in an Account Executive role.
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales targets in IT consulting, preferably with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in Public, Private, or Hybrid cloud environments, or engineering Professional Services solutions.
  • • College degree (BA, BBA, BS) required; technical sales certifications are a plus, and relevant work experience will be considered as an alternative to a degree.
  • • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in IT consulting, computer software, or other business services sales (preferably cloud-based solutions), demonstrating leadership, guidance, and high-level communication skills, with at least 3 of those years in a Major Accounts/Enterprise sales division.
  • • Strong competitive knowledge and experience selling Cloud and Managed Services with a tremendous track record of success.
