  • • Be the engine of Mavenoid’s next growth phase. As our Business Development Representative for Sweden you will own the top-of-funnel motion for the entire Nordic market, translating cold accounts into warm, qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team. You will operate as a strategic hunter, combining deep research, creative messaging, and fearless cold calling to uncover high-value prospects in manufacturing, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
  • • Own your territory end-to-end. From building laser-focused lead lists in HubSpot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator to crafting hyper-personalised email sequences and running high-impact discovery calls, you will be the first human touchpoint that shapes how future customers perceive Mavenoid. Expect to manage 150–200 fresh prospects per month, converting at least 12 % into Sales-Accepted Leads and influencing six-figure ARR deals.
  • • Master the art of technical storytelling. You will learn every nut and bolt of our Intelligent Support Platform—AI-driven troubleshooting, AR-enabled remote support, and predictive parts ordering—so you can translate complex capabilities into crisp business outcomes such as 35 % ticket deflection and 50 % faster repair times. Your narratives will resonate with VP Support, Head of Service, and COO personas alike.
  • • Iterate faster than the market. Working in a tight-knit, data-obsessed pod of BDRs and AEs, you will A/B-test subject lines, call openers, and objection-handling tactics every week. You will feed real-time insights to Product Marketing, helping refine ICP scoring models and sharpen battle cards that the entire global sales force will adopt.
  • • Collaborate across borders and time zones. You will partner with Demand Gen in London, Field Marketing in Stockholm, and Solutions Engineering in New York to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that span webinars, trade-show follow-ups, and targeted account ads. Your feedback loop will ensure that no lead is ever left behind.
  • • Build the playbook for scale. Once you hit repeatable quota for two consecutive quarters, you will document your best sequences, objection trees, and competitive kill-sheets in Notion. These assets will become the onboarding bible for the next wave of BDRs across EMEA, directly multiplying your impact.
  • • Progress into full-cycle selling. High performers are fast-tracked into an Enterprise AE role within 12–18 months, owning million-dollar expansion deals across the Nordics. You will already have the trust of the prospects you sourced, giving you a head start on closing them.
  • • Champion Mavenoid’s culture from day one.
