📋 Description
- • Business Intelligence Analyst at Block Labs, a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, AI, and iGaming, where you will turn blockchain and product data into actionable insights to drive growth, retention, and risk controls across crypto-enabled iGaming products.
- • Design, build, and iterate on Tableau dashboards for core KPIs; write production-grade SQL to model clean datasets from ClickHouse and on-chain tables; use Python for analysis, data quality checks, ETL/backfills, and API integrations; work with on-chain data including EVM logs, token transfers, and wallet clustering; own crypto wallet analytics across the funnel; partner with Product, Marketing/CRM, Risk/Compliance, and Engineering to define event schemas and ensure data quality; design and analyze experiments, cohorts, and attribution; investigate anomalies such as bonus abuse and bot usage; automate recurring reporting and alerting for KPI movements.

- • You will gain deep expertise in crypto and iGaming analytics, master advanced analytics stack tools (SQL, dbt, Python, Tableau, Amplitude), develop end-to-end ownership of data products, influence product and risk decisions through data-driven insights, and work alongside senior technical experts in a mission-driven, low-ego culture that values clarity and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- • Advanced proficiency with SQL including complex joins, window functions, performance optimization, and dimensional data modeling
- • Expert use of Tableau including LOD expressions, parameters, actions, data modeling, extract vs. live strategies, and dashboard performance tuning
- • Hands-on experience with dbt including environments, sources/exposures, testing, documentation, and CI/CD integration
- • Proficient in Python for analytics and data engineering (e.g., pandas); capable of writing modular, maintainable code, integrating with APIs, and scheduling lightweight jobs
- • Practical understanding of crypto wallets and transaction flows, including custodial vs. non-custodial models and WalletConnect/MetaMask
