📋 Description
- • As a Business Intelligence Lead for Conversational Channels at Humana, you will own the measurement strategy for key digital platforms, design reporting and data products to support insight generation, and serve as the analytics subject matter expert on conversational channel trends and outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will analyze complex data sets using SQL, Databricks, PySpark, and similar systems; create data visualizations with Power BI; and communicate findings to senior and executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.
- • You will join Humana’s Consumer Digital team, a multidisciplinary group focused on solving customer needs while enabling strategic and operational goals across consumers, members, providers, employers, and brokers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern IVR platforms, digital Intelligent Virtual Assistants, chat, messaging, and multimodal experiences, while advancing your skills in data mining, forecasting, simulation, predictive modeling, and measuring AI agent performance.
