- • Drive critical company initiatives end-to-end by defining plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing execution, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- • Support company strategy by building crisp analyses, framing key decisions, and helping leadership prioritize and communicate directional priorities.
- • Manage external partnerships by supporting deal conversations, coordinating cross-functional follow-through, and structuring/tracking partnership milestones and deliverables.
- • Oversee legal and contract workflows by coordinating with legal counsel, organizing terms and timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation without acting as legal counsel.
- • Assist in building new internal functions and processes, including supporting hiring efforts and leading high-priority "whatever it takes" projects that unblock teams.
- • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of office and business infrastructure as the company scales, including facilities coordination and administrative efficiency.
- • Create high-quality executive communications including decks, memos, and briefings for internal leadership and external stakeholders with emphasis on polish, clarity, and accuracy.
- • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, shifting fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to keep momentum on key initiatives.
- • Build trust across engineering, product, legal, and external teams by fostering alignment, maintaining transparency, and proactively identifying blockers.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for communication quality, ensuring complex technical and operational topics are translated into compelling, accurate narratives for diverse audiences.
- • Contribute to the development of the company’s operating system by identifying inefficiencies, implementing structured processes, and raising the quality bar across operational workflows.
- • Partner closely with leadership to translate strategic intent into actionable plans while maintaining visibility and accountability across all operational functions.
- • Support the scaling of the organization by adapting processes, systems, and communication frameworks to meet the demands of rapid growth and mission-critical delivery.
- • Engage with Department of Defense contracts and airline partnership ecosystems, ensuring alignment with compliance, operational timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- • Serve as a force multiplier by proactively identifying needs, assembling the right resources, and driving results without waiting for directives.
- • Maintain strict adherence to U.S. export control regulations and ensure all operational activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.

- • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of creating high-quality executive communications
- • Demonstrated experience managing legal and contract workflows in partnership with legal counsel
- • Ability to shift seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution
