- • The Prior Authorization Technician (Work from Home) role at CVS Health is essential to ensuring timely and accurate processing of prior authorization requests, directly supporting patient access to medications and contributing to a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience.
- • Day to day, the technician handles inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members, processes prior authorization requests via fax and ePA, monitors department mailboxes for inquiries, maintains accurate documentation, and escalates clinical questions to the pharmacist team while adhering to established standards and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- • Ability to work from home with wired high-speed internet
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word, with essential keyboard skills
- • Basic pharmaceutical knowledge including terminology, calculations, and protocols
- • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
