• • The Chief of Staff at Human Agency is a dynamic, high-impact role designed for individuals who aspire to be C-suite leaders and want to accelerate their leadership journey by working directly alongside executives. This is not a traditional administrative role — it’s a hands-on, entrepreneurial position where you will solve complex, evolving problems across strategy, operations, client delivery, and internal growth.
• • Day to day, you will lead AI transformation projects for clients, manage investment funds, drive sales initiatives, partner with recruiting to scale the team, serve as a de facto CEO for venture studio ventures, manage client project delivery, and deploy AI tools daily to amplify your impact. You will move fluidly between high-level strategic work (board prep, investor materials, business development) and ground-level execution (scheduling, research, resolving client issues) without hesitation.
