  • • The Coordinator, Clinical Client Services at CorroHealth, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining accurate client documentation. This role is essential to helping clients achieve their financial health goals through reliable, detail-oriented support across the reimbursement cycle.
  • • Day to day, the Coordinator manages a high-volume email inbox, confirms receipt of messages, tracks follow-up actions and deliverables, provides progress updates to clients and internal teams, monitors operational reports, and supports special projects. They also present client concerns to leadership, suggest process improvements, translate client needs into business requirements for technical teams, and create training materials for the CorroHealth Information Portal.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • 1+ years of client service experience required
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail
  • • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Salesforce and/or EMR systems preferred
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and as a team player, and adapt to fast-paced environments
