📋 Description

• • The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining clinical schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency across the organization. This role is crucial for managing complex, 24/7 service schedules across multiple service lines and clinics.
• • As a Scheduling Specialist, you will confirm and compile clinician availability data, develop and maintain schedules across 50 states plus DC, ensure adequate coverage for all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, coordinate schedule adjustments and shift swaps in real time, resolve scheduling conflicts promptly, update Fabric Notifications and Overflow schedules, distribute finalized schedules to providers and stakeholders, and submit provider clinic permissions requests to the Support team.
