- • The Senior Coordinator, Bids & Proposals plays a critical role in supporting Amplify Education’s sales organization by leading the research, tracking, and coordination of bidding opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals that drive new business in the K–12 education market.
- • Day to day, the role involves monitoring procurement sites and shared inboxes for bid opportunities, updating bid trackers in Google Sheets and Smartsheet, reviewing and summarizing RFPs/RFQs, coordinating internal approvals and schedules, maintaining boilerplate language and documentation, managing print/shipping logistics with Brooklyn-based teams and vendors, and troubleshooting issues to ensure on-time delivery.
