- • As a Junior Revenue Operations Manager at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a critical role in optimizing revenue performance across a high-volume portfolio of publishers on the company’s Supply Side Platform (SSP), focusing on scalable growth identification rather than traditional account management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing publisher portfolios through systematic health checks, scanning for hidden growth patterns, advocating for publishers in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with Demand teams to align inventory strategies, and developing deep expertise in Nexxen’s ad tech products to uncover revenue opportunities.
- • You will join a global, innovative advertising technology company that unifies data and advanced TV solutions to empower advertisers, agencies, publishers, and broadcasters, guided by the Nexxen Way: Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, and Collaborative with No Ego.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and operational skills in revenue optimization, gain hands-on experience with SSP and DSP technologies, learn to scale insights across large account sets, and build a foundation for advancement into senior revenue operations, product, or business strategy roles within the ad tech industry.

- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- • Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- • Tech-savvy with aptitude for learning new systems
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- • Resilient with ability to navigate change and withstand adversity
- • Fluent English – reading, writing, and speaking
