📋 Description

• The E-commerce Operations Specialist role is critical to ensuring operational stability and removing day-to-day execution from senior leadership for a fast-growing e-commerce brand with multi-million revenue operating across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• The person will monitor Amazon account health and ASINs daily, manage case resolution with Seller Support, maintain listing health, oversee FBA shipments, synchronize multi-channel operations, respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, and deliver a comprehensive weekly operations report by 9AM EST every Monday.
• The team operates within a high-growth e-commerce brand focused on scaling across major marketplaces with strong products, excellent customer reviews, and ambitious expansion plans.
• The person can learn advanced marketplace operations, inventory and FBA logistics, multi-channel coordination, customer experience management, and data-driven reporting while contributing to long-term brand growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA, listing suspensions, case management, crisis resolution)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational crises
• Excellent written English for reports, case notes, and customer communication
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and accountability
• Ability to work with overlap until 12:00 EST, Monday–Friday
