- • The Client Success Specialist at 9amHealth supports the Client Success team by managing escalations, operational exceptions, and internal coordination across client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting employer clients and members.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the central intake point for escalations, investigating issues related to member experience, prescriptions, devices, billing, and eligibility, coordinating with internal teams (Clinical, Product, Pharmacy, Support, Operations) to resolve issues, maintaining a centralized tracker of escalations, identifying recurring trends, and driving process improvements to reduce operational friction.
- • 9amHealth is an AI-enabled virtual specialty care platform founded in 2021, focused on managing high-cost chronic conditions like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia for employer clients and health plans, backed by leading healthcare investors including Define Ventures and The Cigna Group Ventures.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations, cross-functional problem-solving, escalation management, and process optimization within a fast-growing startup, gaining hands-on experience in improving patient outcomes and healthcare accessibility while contributing to scalable systems as the client base expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer success, support, or healthcare operations
- • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company preferred
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong cross-functional communication skills
- • Experience with tools such as Slack, Zendesk
