- • The Compliance Business Technical Specialist evaluates Legal and Compliance operational workflows and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and implement targeted enhancements, ensuring robust performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes, managing system support and administration, leading or supporting projects end-to-end, developing reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, DAX, M, and Python, and acting as a liaison between business, IT, and vendors to resolve technical challenges and drive adoption of new systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7+ years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- • Strong experience in process analysis and optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks)
- • Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL required; Power BI, DAX, M, Python preferred)
- • Experience managing or supporting projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and risk management
- • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a liaison between business and IT
- • Experience in Legal, Compliance, or regulated environments is preferred
