- • The Integrator / General Manager role is pivotal in bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a premium e‑commerce brand scaling across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, enabling the founder to focus on long‑term strategy while the Integrator drives execution and system building.
- • Day to day, the person will lead weekly L10 meetings, maintain the Scorecard, track Rocks and To‑Dos, manage the Issues List, conduct weekly 1:1s, hold team members accountable, onboard new hires, maintain morale in a remote environment, act as the CEO’s filter for day‑to‑day decisions, maintain SOPs, manage tools and vendors, provide weekly updates and monthly summaries to the CEO, flag risks early, oversee product launches, creative refreshes, and cross‑functional initiatives, maintain project trackers in Asana, and manage the recruitment funnel including screening candidates, coordinating test tasks, and integrating new hires.
- • The team is part of a premium e‑commerce brand operating across multiple marketplaces, with a remote-first culture where the Integrator serves as the key operational leader reporting directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment and execution across functions.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) practices, build scalable operational systems, lead and develop a high‑performing remote team, drive multi‑channel e‑commerce growth, and contribute to building a 10‑year company with long‑term impact and performance-based incentives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing a remote team of 3–6 people.
- • Solid understanding of e‑commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop).
- • Strong written English skills — able to produce clear L10 notes, SOPs, and weekly updates.
- • Familiarity with EOS practices or willingness to learn quickly.
- • Ability to make independent decisions without constant CEO involvement.
- • Highly organized, disciplined, and process‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- • Work schedule must include overlap with EST hours (minimum 9 AM–5 PM EST, 4 days per week).
