- • The Portfolio Chief of Staff role serves as the accountability engine for Hangar Aviation Technologies’ portfolio, ensuring operational discipline and visibility across three businesses by building scorecards, enforcing follow-ups, and making progress and problems transparent without requiring CEO micromanagement.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining KPI dashboards and operating scorecards, monitoring lead flow and sales KPIs, running weekly accountability cadences with operators, driving process consistency through SOPs and playbooks, translating CEO priorities into project roadmaps for real estate initiatives, and coordinating cross-team execution to align with brand promise.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Operations, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff-style roles with strong KPI ownership
- • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and enforcing performance cadence (weekly reporting + follow-through)
- • Strong process documentation skills (SOPs, playbooks, workflow diagrams) and operational discipline
- • Project management mastery (ClickUp/Asana) with proven ability to drive multi-stakeholder execution
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp or similar) and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies
