📋 Description

• • As Team Lead, Implementation, Southeast Asia & India at Adyen, you will lead and grow a high-performing team of Implementation Engineers across Singapore and Bangalore, ensuring customers launch quickly and sustainably with robust, scalable integrations while driving continuous improvement across APAC and global Implementation functions.
• • You will set regional strategy aligned with global priorities, coach and develop your team through mentorship and performance management, act as the escalation layer for complex technical projects, and foster a feedback-driven culture that upholds Adyen’s Formula and quality standards.
• • You will deploy talent to high-impact work, improve tooling and ways of working, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Support, and Ops to remove blockers, and contribute to global initiatives that enhance consistency and quality of Implementation.
