- • As a Business Operations Manager at Zip, you will be an integral part of a small, high-leverage team tasked with tackling the company's most significant business challenges. 🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year undergraduate degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or related).
- • 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or at a high-growth startup.
- • Proven ability to independently drive complex projects under ambiguity and deliver results.
- • Strong analytical skills, including experience building models and working with business data.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
- • Demonstrated ability to create and operationalize new processes, systems, or programs.
