📋 Description

• As a Business Value Strategist at Assort Health, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the tangible ROI of the company’s AI-powered patient experience platform to enterprise healthcare customers, directly contributing to scalable growth and long-term partnerships.
• You will align internal and external stakeholders on value drivers like efficiency, safety, and sustainability; lead quantitative ROI modeling and trial management; support existing customers by quantifying realized value; and consult on change management and implementation best practices to ensure program success.
• Assort Health is a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company founded in 2023 that has already managed over 150M+ patient interactions, reduced average hold times from 11 minutes to 1 minute, and achieved 98%+ resolution rates and 99% scheduling accuracy through its specialty-specific agentic AI platform.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare value quantification, executive storytelling, and cross-functional program leadership while driving a value-first culture across the organization and influencing strategic decisions at the highest levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in management consulting, value engineering, finance, or business operations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong enthusiasm for complex quantitative problem solving
• Proven ability to build deep, empathetic relationships with customers and internal teams
• Structured thinker with a sharp eye for value and meticulous attention to detail
• Self-starter who owns projects and thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and delivering results
• Strong communication, quantitative, and executive presentation skills
