- • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously across a portfolio of enterprise brands including SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse
- • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure all campaigns remain on time, on budget, and on target
- • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, creators, and internal teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority over them
- • Build creator pricing from scratch using CPV (cost per view) metrics and projected performance, negotiating fees to protect campaign outcomes and commercial margins
- • Proactively negotiate added-value assets and maximize ROI on every deal by treating each campaign as a commercial unit, not just a creative one
- • Manage campaign budgets line by line, model financial scenarios, and flag commercial risks early to prevent overspend or underperformance
- • Build casting shortlists based on client archetypes, campaign goals, and creator verticals, sourcing and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- • Lead all creator communications, ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and legal disclosure requirements, and manage contracting and usage rights
- • Track campaign performance against KPIs including CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools
- • Maintain Kyra’s platform as the single source of truth by logging all updates, creator communications, and campaign status internally rather than in private spreadsheets
- • Flag data inconsistencies and workflow gaps early, turning raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients with reliable daily reporting
- • Operate as a power user of Kyra’s AI-native platform, running campaigns end-to-end within the system rather than around it
- • Contribute campaign insights directly back into the product to shape future platform development and AI features
- • Use AI tools daily to accelerate workflows, improve content quality, and enhance decision-making
- • Adapt quickly to new tools and workflows, actively experimenting to improve efficiency and outcomes on Kyra’s AI-driven platform
- • Build trusted client relationships through proactive, tailored communication—adjusting style from polished weekly reports to fast informal updates based on client preference
- • Anticipate client needs, surface insights, and create conditions for contract renewal and account growth
- • Maintain strong cultural competency and awareness of emerging trends in the US creator economy and social media landscape
- • Demonstrate fluency across social platforms, creator culture, and the mechanics of digital marketing
- • Work within EST business hours to align with client and team schedules
- • Maintain high standards, low ego, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset while managing multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously
🎯 Requirements
- • Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns
- • Proven KPI and performance mindset with comfort owning metrics and being measured on outcomes
- • CPV fluency: ability to build creator pricing from performance targets and defend pricing decisions
- • Strong Excel and data skills including formulas, pivots, and building trackers from scratch
- • AI fluency and demonstrated willingness to integrate AI into daily workflows
- • 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management
