- • As a Performance and Capacity Engineer at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), you will serve as a principal architect of infrastructure stability and long-term scalability, ensuring systems are optimized and right-sized to support enterprise growth.
- • Day to day, you will leverage Dynatrace, Azure, Cisco, Commvault, IBM, SQL Server, and ServiceNow to drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, intelligent automation, and incident prevention before business impact occurs.
- • You will own the 3-year Capacity and Enterprise Monitoring Roadmaps, translating strategic vision into tactical execution plans that align with business priorities and industry trends.
- • You will collaborate across teams to simplify and standardize complex processes, prioritize trade-offs, manage change, and foster teamwork while maintaining detailed, analytical, and organized approaches to infrastructure performance and capacity management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors Degree and 2 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 years IT experience OR 6 years IT experience.
- • Experience in infrastructure performance management and infrastructure capacity management.
- • Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed), SQL Server administration/tuning, and ServiceNow (ITOM/ITSM).
- • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure including Virtualization, Cloud/Azure, Storage, and Networking.
- • Experience with infrastructure automation, operations management, ITIL v3, and IT standards, procedures, and policies.
- • Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts, prioritize trade-offs, drive cross-functional execution, and adapt to change.
