- • Embark on a rewarding career as a Care Advisor at Sharecare, a leading digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care quality, driving better outcomes, and reducing costs across the healthcare ecosystem. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting CareLinx’s Payer Operations line of business, acting as a crucial bridge between families seeking in-home care and qualified caregivers.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to guide members through the entire caregiver journey, from the initial search and interview process to the final hiring and ongoing satisfaction. This involves building strong, trusting relationships with families, understanding their unique needs, and providing empathetic, expert advice every step of the way.
- • You will meticulously search for viable caregiver candidates, facilitate interviews, and assist families in navigating the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Beyond the initial placement, your role extends to providing continuous support, proactively addressing any evolving needs of the member, and fostering long-term relationships with both families and caregivers to ensure sustained satisfaction and caregiver retention.
- • As a Care Advisor, you are the go-to expert for all things CareLinx. This requires a genuine passion for interacting with people, a deep commitment to delivering stellar customer service, and the ability to offer compassionate guidance during what can be a sensitive and challenging time for families.
- • You will be a vital team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments within CareLinx. A willingness to learn about Sharecare’s health plan partners and the broader healthcare landscape is essential for success in this dynamic role.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment where your contributions directly impact the well-being of individuals and families. You will be expected to uphold high professional standards and demonstrate comfort and proficiency in working independently from home.
- • Key responsibilities include assuming ownership of the caregiver search journey through proactive relationship building and exceptional communication. You will work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless transitions and provide ongoing support post-hire to maintain strong relationships and ensure overall member satisfaction.
- • Meticulous documentation is critical; you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions within CareLinx’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Professionalism and collaboration are paramount, as you will work harmoniously with other team members and cross-functional teams within CareLinx.
- • Your communication skills will be put to excellent use, engaging effectively via phone, email, and text. You may also be called upon to assist in the inbound call center as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of the business.
- • Success in this role hinges on effective time management, a keen attention to detail, and superior organization and multitasking capabilities. You should possess a goal-driven mindset and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
- • A professional, confident, and outgoing demeanor is essential for building rapport and trust. You must be comfortable working in a remote setting and possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite. Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising sound judgment are non-negotiable aspects of this position.
- • Care Advisors are expected to consistently meet performance goals established by CareLinx guidelines, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, reflecting the adaptable nature of this role within a growing organization.
