- • The Catalyze Team Leader (Undergraduate Ministries) role is a part-time, remote position focused on planting and building witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college campuses across the USA, directly advancing InterVarsity’s 2030 Calling to eliminate campuses without a known gospel witness.
- • Day to day, the Team Leader will increase the number and health of witnessing communities by serving as a Visionary Guide, Structural Architect, and Missional Developer—communicating InterVarsity’s vision, creating ministry plans and structures, and gathering diverse groups of students and faculty to encounter and follow Jesus while advancing mission on campus.
- • The Catalyze Team is InterVarsity’s primary organizational strategy to close the missional gap on campuses, working collaboratively with local, area, regional, and national staff and volunteers to reflect Biblical standards of excellence, integrity, and partnership in pursuit of reducing No-Known-Ministry (NKM) campuses from ~450 to 300 by June 2028.
- • In this role, the individual will learn and achieve strategic ministry leadership skills, including digital research on NKM campuses, remote resourcing of Independent Groups, multi-faceted lead generation, coaching partners to start new ministries, and managing team projects such as marketing plans, field communications, and training initiatives, all while growing spiritually as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
