- • Execute the full-cycle recruiting process across all functions at Binti, including intake meetings, job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and closing, while adhering to established company processes and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
- • Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates primarily through outbound outreach, building diverse talent pipelines for roles across engineering, product, operations, and social services teams.
- • Partner closely with executive team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and align on interviewing and assessment practices that prioritize equity and consistency.
- • Champion Binti’s mission and product to candidates by deeply understanding the company’s work in child welfare and broader social services, transforming candidates into lifelong advocates for the organization.
- • Manage candidate experience end-to-end by ensuring clear, timely communication, efficient scheduling of onsite interviews, and responsiveness throughout the hiring journey.
- • Support hiring managers on equitable hiring practices, compensation discussions, and interview logistics to maintain a fast-moving, consistent, and inclusive hiring motion.
- • Track, report, and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring velocity.
- • Coordinate and host candidate onsite interviews, including logistics, interview panel scheduling, and feedback collection, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience aligned with Binti’s values.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and multiple open roles, maintaining high organization and execution standards in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- • Collaborate with the Head of People & Places to continuously improve recruiting processes, incorporate feedback, and scale hiring efforts as the team grows from ~90 to a larger workforce.
- • Serve as a cultural ambassador for Binti by embodying its mission-driven, low-ego, high-empathy culture and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the company’s commitment to equity and inclusion.
- • Utilize Binti’s internal systems and AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks, reduce administrative friction, and increase recruiter throughput without compromising candidate quality or experience.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity for reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role with proven success in executing high-volume recruiting processes
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear and influential verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- • Experience with outbound sourcing techniques and building diverse talent pipelines
- • Comfort with using AI tools and HR technology to improve efficiency in recruitment
- • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
