- • The Brokerage Specialist - Virtual role at Alight Financial Services is essential for guiding employees through complex financial decisions related to brokerage accounts, retirement plans, education savings, and investment options, directly supporting Alight’s mission to build a healthier and more financially secure workforce.
- • Day to day, the specialist will apply working knowledge of after-tax brokerage accounts, qualified plans, IRA types, and college savings options (including navigating the PFC 529 website) to help customers select appropriate providers, explain plan distributions, loans, and investment choices, and communicate the value of advisor relationships while building internal knowledge bases.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years financial industry experience
- • Ability to utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts, and clarify complex information
- • Ability to educate callers on complex retirement and education funding concepts
- • Ability to listen to customers and understand both articulated and unarticulated needs
- • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 within 6 months of employment
- • Rapport building and interpersonal skills
