- • The Learning Services Specialist (Training Admin) provides high-quality support for the Learning Services team by managing requests in the Learning Management System (LMS), handling troubleshooting, reporting, and client consultation, and supporting GxP-related systems across clinical, biometrics, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, manufacturing, and quality assurance functional areas.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing LMS administration tasks such as creating instructor-led and on-the-job trainings, building and maintaining complex curricula and programs, editing and revising learning items, managing learner roles and assignments, maintaining learning records and history, pulling reports, providing audit support, acting as the initial point of contact for learner inquiries, troubleshooting training course-related issues, collaborating with senior specialists to resolve learner issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for ticket processing, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitating shadowing sessions for new hires.
- • The role is part of Biogen’s Learning Services team, which supports a functionally aligned pillar within learning operations and reports to the Supervisor, Learning Services. - • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in LMS administration, GxP compliance systems, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated biotech environment. They will gain experience in process improvement, user support, and learning operations while building skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 1-3 years of experience in learning, customer service, or general human resources
- • Experience with Veeva Vault Training (LMS for GxP Compliance) or other LMS systems preferred
- • GxP experience preferred
- • Experience with a ticketing system/case management (ServiceNow preferred)
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
