- • The Senior Associate-IC Direct Investing role at BMO is a remote Investment Specialist position focused on delivering personalized investment advice and exceptional customer service to help Canadians achieve their financial goals. This role is central to BMO’s Wealth Sales & Service team, where you will build meaningful relationships by understanding customer needs and guiding them toward suitable investment products.
- • Day to day, you will support customers via inbound calls at the BMO Investment Centre, assisting with account onboarding, mutual fund and term investment transactions, reviewing financial goals, and ensuring clients are matched with appropriate investment solutions while adhering to approved procedures and regulatory standards.
- • You will be part of BMO’s Wealth Sales & Service team, a client-focused unit dedicated to empowering Canadians to invest smarter through expert guidance, innovative solutions, and a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in financial services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in investment products, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric sales techniques, while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that support long-term career growth in wealth management and financial services.
🎯 Requirements
- • Typically between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience
- • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC)
- • Strong knowledge of investment products, market trends, and industry regulations
- • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills
- • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset; English with Cantonese or Mandarin is also considered an asset
